Refund Policy

At Kewal Productions, we value your trust and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds and cancellations are necessary. Please carefully review our updated Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy:

​

  1. Refund Policy:Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and reserve the date. This deposit is typically a 25% percentage of the total cost and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  2. Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the services, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a partial refund based on the following conditions:

  3. Advance Notice: If the cancellation is made with a certain advance notice (30 days or more), a 10% of the amount paid may be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  4. Short Notice: If the cancellation is made with short notice (less than 30 days), the client may not be eligible for a refund of any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  5. Cancellation by the Photographer/Cinematographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer/cinematographer cancels the services, the client will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made,

  6. Rescheduling Policy:

  7. If the client wishes to reschedule the photography/cinematography session, the photographer/cinematographer will make efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

  8. If the photographer/cinematographer is unable to accommodate the new date, the client may choose to cancel the services (subject to the cancellation policy) or negotiate an alternative solution.

  9. Regarding the refund policy alignment, I assure you that we will process refunds within 5 to 7 business working days from the time a request is initiated. This allows sufficient time for the refund amount to be credited back to the customer's bank account

Cancellation Policy:

​

Events and Projects: a. For event coverage or other projects, cancellation requests should be made in writing or via email. Depending on the notice period and the work already completed, a cancellation fee may be charged. b. If the cancellation occurs within 2 months prior to the event, we will provide a refund of 10% of the total amount paid.

Note: All refund requests and cancellations are subject to review and approval by Kewal Productions. We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and make determinations accordingly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

​Sale items (if applicable)

The photography office ensures that wedding albums, magazines, and other printed products are produced with high-quality materials and craftsmanship.

​

Clients should carefully inspect the product upon receipt and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to the photography office within a reasonable timeframe.

​

If the product is found to have manufacturing defects or damages that occurred during shipping, the photography office may offer a replacement, repair, or suitable resolution.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kewalproduction.com] and send your item to: T-16/c Indiabulls mega mall, Jetalpur Road,Vadodara-390001

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: T-16/c Indiabulls mega mall, Jetalpur Road,Vadodara-390001

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
