Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Kewal Productions, we value your trust and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds and cancellations are necessary. Please carefully review our updated Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refund Policy:Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and reserve the date. This deposit is typically a 25% percentage of the total cost and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the services, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a partial refund based on the following conditions:
Advance Notice: If the cancellation is made with a certain advance notice (30 days or more), a 10% of the amount paid may be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Short Notice: If the cancellation is made with short notice (less than 30 days), the client may not be eligible for a refund of any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation by the Photographer/Cinematographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer/cinematographer cancels the services, the client will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made,
If the client wishes to reschedule the photography/cinematography session, the photographer/cinematographer will make efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.
If the photographer/cinematographer is unable to accommodate the new date, the client may choose to cancel the services (subject to the cancellation policy) or negotiate an alternative solution.
Events and Projects: a. For event coverage or other projects, cancellation requests should be made in writing or via email. Depending on the notice period and the work already completed, a cancellation fee may be charged. b. If the cancellation occurs within 2 months prior to the event, we will provide a refund of 10% of the total amount paid.
Note: All refund requests and cancellations are subject to review and approval by Kewal Productions. We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and make determinations accordingly.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
