Here’s a summery of the terms & conditions you can expect when making a purchase from this studio:

Photography & cinematography Services & Terms & Conditions

Booking Deposit and Payment: The Client shall make a booking fee as per contract to retain the Studio to perform the services specified in the contract.

​Cancellation: If the Client shall cancel this Agreement more than  (30 days) calendar days before the photo shooting day, any booking fee paid to the Photographer shall be refunded.in full if the Photographer is able to re-book the same date. If the Photographer is NOT able to secure another client for the date, or if the cancellation occurs less than (30 days) calendar days before the portrait date, the Client forfeits the booking fee.

Photographic Materials and Copyright: All photographic materials, such as original negatives, photos, or slides, shall be the exclusive property of the Photographer. The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and may use the work for samples, contests, exhibition, advertising and self-promotion. Usage outside the bounds of this agreement will require the Client’s consent.

Client’s Usage: The Client is obtaining prints for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions thereof by parties other than the Photographer. If Client is obtaining a print for reproduction, Photographer authorizes Client to reproduce the print only as set forth under Special Usage Requirements. In such event, Client shall request that a copyright and credit notice for the Photographer be placed adjacent to the photograph on publication, but shall have no liability if the publication refuses or omits to do so.


Social Media: This clause applies to all social media, including Facebook and blogs. When published online it is required that citation of photographer be made. The client agrees that they will under no circumstances alter any photographs that are placed in public on the internet. The client agrees to be responsible for any family member or friend who posts our photographs online and agrees that they cannot be cropped (with the exception of the forced cropping for Facebook’s Timeline), altered in color, or edited in any way.


Failure to Perform: If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to a fire or other casualty, strike, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness, then the Photographer shall return any funds previously paid to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.


High-Resolution: Images deliverable in High-Resolution (or known as High-Res) are 300DPI with 3000 Pixels in the longest edge.


Kewal Production keeps client files for up to 1 years after the photography session, and is not liable for any claims after this period. All client files will be deleted and backups will be purged after this period.

It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the venue (wedding, portrait, family photography , etc.) while Kewal Production is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of initial deposit by the client. 


Client accepts that all photographs will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that they require.


All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including: light skin retouch, light and colour adjustments). Any extra edits requested by the client will cost the client if accepted by the Photographer. extra image adjustments include (change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the colour of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background). It is also understood that unless hair and makeup is included in the contract, Photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.

The photographer(s) will be allowed one 20 minutes break at their own discretion, and bathroom breaks when necessary. Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for any photography session lasting longer than 5 hours. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go of-site for a meal for 45 minutes.

Photo Cooperation: In the event that the family/guests are taking photos, Kewal Production is not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to any other behaviour from guests. Kewal Production is not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities by other vendors and venue staff.

We hereby declare that we are not liable for any loss of photo and video data due to:

  • Hard Disk Failure: In the event of hard disk malfunction, including but not limited to mechanical failure, electronic failure, or any other technical issues leading to data loss.

  • Electrical Loss: Damage or loss of data resulting from electrical issues, power surges, or electrical failures.

  • Disabling of Hard Disk: Any unintentional actions leading to the disabling or incapacitation of the hard disk storing your photo and video data.

  • Theft: Loss of data due to theft, burglary, or any criminal activity resulting in the unauthorized removal of hardware storing your data.

  • Fire or Natural Disaster: Destruction or loss of data caused by fire, flood, earthquake, or any other natural disaster.

While we employ industry-standard measures to protect your data, including regular backups and secure storage protocols, we cannot guarantee absolute immunity from these potential risks.

By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree that Kemal Production shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss of photo and video data under the aforementioned circumstances.

Pricing Policy of Kewal Productions

Our pricing policy ensures flexibility and transparency, allowing clients to have complete control over their budget while receiving the highest quality of service.

  • Event Days Pricing:

    • Our wedding packages are designed to cover a specific number of Event days, which include pre-wedding events, wedding ceremonies, and post-wedding celebrations.

    • The pricing for Event days will vary based on the duration and complexity of each event, such as Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding Day, Reception, etc.

    • Clients can choose the number of Event days they require for their wedding, and our team will work closely with them to determine the appropriate pricing based on their event schedule.

  • Team Size Pricing:

    • The size of the team required for the events plays a significant role in determining the overall pricing.

    • Our team consists of experienced professionals, including photographers, videographers, decorators, coordinators, and other support staff, who work together to ensure a seamless wedding experience.

    • The pricing will depend on the number of team members required to cover all the aspects of the events, including capturing moments, managing logistics, and providing assistance throughout the wedding.

    • Clients can choose the desired team size based on their expectations and budget, and the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

             Pricing Example: Traditional Photo & Video Team

              Photographer's Fee (Per Day): 10,000/-INR

              Videographer's Fee (Per Day): 10,000/-INR

              Total Amount (Per Day) for Traditional Photo & Video Team: 20,000/-INR

All service prices our website are denominated in INR (Indian Rupees) only. We do not accept any other currencies for payment. Any reference to pricing in other currencies is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as a valid payment option. Customers are requested to make payments in INR using the available payment methods

Shipping and Exchange

we strive to provide excellent services to our valued customers. As a service-based business, we do not deal with physical products, and therefore our shipping and exchange policy differs from traditional product-based businesses. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures:


Once you have purchased our services, we will provide you with a digital link or access to the service as agreed upon. This link may be sent via email or other electronic means.


We will ensure timely delivery of the service within the specified timeframe agreed upon during the purchase process.

As we offer services rather than physical products, our policy does not include exchanges or returns for the services rendere

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Kewal Productions, we value your trust and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where refunds and cancellations are necessary. Please carefully review our updated Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund Policy:Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and reserve the date. This deposit is typically a 25% percentage of the total cost and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

  2. Cancellation by the Client: If the client decides to cancel the services, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for a partial refund based on the following conditions:

  3. Advance Notice: If the cancellation is made with a certain advance notice (30 days or more), a 10% of the amount paid may be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  4. Short Notice: If the cancellation is made with short notice (less than 30 days), the client may not be eligible for a refund of any additional payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  5. Cancellation by the Photographer/Cinematographer: In the unlikely event that the photographer/cinematographer cancels the services, the client will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made,

  6. Rescheduling Policy:

  7. If the client wishes to reschedule the photography/cinematography session, the photographer/cinematographer will make efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

  8. If the photographer/cinematographer is unable to accommodate the new date, the client may choose to cancel the services (subject to the cancellation policy) or negotiate an alternative solution.

Cancellation Policy:

Events and Projects: a. For event coverage or other projects, cancellation requests should be made in writing or via email. Depending on the notice period and the work already completed, a cancellation fee may be charged. b. If the cancellation occurs within 2 months prior to the event, we will provide a refund of 10% of the total amount paid.

Note: All refund requests and cancellations are subject to review and approval by Kewal Productions. We reserve the right to assess each situation on a case-by-case basis and make determinations accordingly.
